Storage period

Your details will be kept for a longer period of time by ANG.be, but never longer than is necessary for the performance of activities, unless we are required by law to keep your details for a longer period of time.

You can make use of these rights via info@ang.be by sending a copy of your ID card, whereby the passport photo, the numbers at the bottom of the passport and the national register number have been made illegible. The aim is to respond within a week.

Obligations

ANG.be processes personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest, namely a commercial interest. Think of offering services or products of ANG.be via e-mail. Your data will never be sold to third parties.

The data that are required to be supplied are the minimum data required for offering the services or products. For example, your e-mail address is required in order to be able to send the newsletter. If these compulsory details are not provided, ANG.be will not be able to offer the service in question.

Should it be necessary to share data that you have shared with ANG.be with parties other than the parties referred to above (for example to offer a service), your permission will first be requested.
