Rear doors

Different versions of the rear doors are possible: double-acting (both tipping and opening), watertight, tipping, with automatic, mechanical or pneumatic operation, additional diagonal reinforcement, ...

Bevelled bottom plate

If your platform container has to be used to transport machines, this is very easy to do with this option. You choose how long the bevelled corner should be.

Pulling systems

Your container can be fitted with various possible towing systems, such as a traditional tow bar, cable system or chain system.

Lettering or advertising

The lettering of the container can be carried out either by you or by us. You provide us with the font, colour or logo so that we can show you a design for approval.

Spherical or ball valve

Spherical valves are usually used with sludge containers to evacuate the liquid. Because it can be completely closed or opened with a short quarter turn, it is a quick to operate valve.

Fire extinguishing accessories

Fire extinguisher according to your wishes, whether or not stored in a protective cabinet.

Cabin protector

This construction ensures that the cabin of your truck is protected against falling debris. It is always made to measure according to your wishes.

Compensation springs

Compensation springs are used with steel folding side doors to absorb the weight of these when they are too heavy to be operated by one man only. This allows you to opt for longer side doors.

Sideway door

Provides access to your container through a side door with keyed handle. These are usually provided with supply containers or storage containers.

Door lock

As standard the doors are fixed in open position by means of a chain, optionally you can choose a door hold-open device consisting of different models.

Double floor

You can optionally opt for a double bottom for sludge containers made of perforated plate. This ensures that the moisture is separated from the sludge. The moisture is drained away via the ball valve so that only the sludge, whether or not stored in a filter bag, is disposed of, which reduces costs.

Are mainly used to absorb the heavy weight of doors or e.g. ramps. This makes them much easier to operate.

Galva rails

Galvanised fixing rails usually provide storage containers that make it easier to fix the material.

Guide rails for grain shovels

These serve to guide the mass in the container to the grain shovels during emptying.

Gain shovels are used to unload more easily in doses.

Lifting eyes and load hooks

Ideal for capturing material or heavy machinery (load hooks from 2ton to 20ton). Lifting eyes are provided when the container has to be lifted by a crane. Optionally, a technical inspection can be carried out by a recognised agency together with the complete construction file and identification plate.

Wooden bottom

Wooden covering of the ground using hardwood such as Bangkirai, Bilinga, Padouk... placed between steel omega-profiles.

Identification plate

Aluminium plate of 150x100mm on which the following data are stamped: chassis number, year of construction, type + dimensions, own weight, max. allowed weight and the volume with CE-logo and the data of our company.

Isolation

Insulation of the container. This option is most often used for containers in which asphalt is stored.

Observation hole

Ideal solution to view the contents of your container from the cabin of the truck. This is usually placed in the upper right corner (driver's side) in the front of the container by means of a grill plate with a mesh size of 50x50mm.

Loading valve

Integral electrically operated part of the container which ensures that the products to be transported are easily and safely loaded and unloaded by moving the tailgate up and down.

Ladder

Galvanised extendable ladder that facilitates access to the walkway. Can be placed on both sides if required.

Walkway

Mainly serves to make the operation of a part of the container safe and easy, such as a retractable tarpaulin,... If desired, one can also opt for a simple solution with a single step.

Netframes

Triangular construction that is mounted sideways on the container to attach tarpaulins, which can be opened and closed by means of a long rod that can be stored at the bottom of the container or against the front edge of the container.

Omega reinforcement

Lateral reinforcement of the container, mainly for large-volume containers for the transport of heavy waste

Hook for grapple

Additional construction placed above the towing hook which allows the container to be moved by means of a grab. (possibly in different versions)

Driving ramps

Loading ramps in various designs, whether or not stowable against the steel or aluminium front edge. If desired, the rear door can be made in a drop-down version so that it can also be used as a ramp.

Polecarrier

Additional construction usually placed on the foredeck but can also be obtained on the rear doors allowing the transport of long poles, planks or the like.

Perrot clutch

Quick coupling in galvanised steel for the transport of liquids whether or not compatible with a butterfly valve.

Publicity panels

Additional panel made of 2mm plate for possible lettering/advertising on the container.

Rattle tensioner/loadbinder

Serves to close the back door in an easy way. Mainly provided for sludge containers as well as press containers.

Straight corners inside

The front of the container can also be made in various designs such as with a cut for crane, raised to hook height, with fixed elevation in steel or grill plate, with peephole,...

Round top edge profile

Round top edge profile so that the debris does not remain on the edge.

Hinges with double articulation

Ensures that the rear door is first pushed away from the rear frame, so that the door is also raised during chickens so that it does not come into contact with the ground.

Elevations

An elevation is an extension of your container which gives it a larger volume. Available in various designs such as steel, perforated plate, lattice, wood or aluminium.

Road signs

When using your container on public roads, we can supply you with traffic signs that are mounted on a tubular profile so that they can easily be placed on the front or rear doors.

Extension piece for crane

Attachment at the front of the container that we provide for you for retrofitting your crane. In the case of large-volume containers, we also provide the front edge with an opening through which the arm of your crane has the necessary space.

Floor constructions

The bottom construction of your container can be obtained with right angles inside, an angle of 45° (or with other inclinations) or rounded corners. Optionally you can opt for a double bottom of perforated plates to keep the sludge in the container so that only the aqueous part can be discharged via a ball valve.

The front

A horizontal loading and unloading system which, as a moving sliding floor, automatically brings your products in or out horizontally over aluminium guides.

Walking Floor

A horizontal loading and unloading system which, as a moving sliding floor, automatically brings your products in or out horizontally over aluminium guides.

Description

A sludge container is used for the transport of liquid assets and is usually made to measure. As standard, the sludge container at ANG is equipped with the necessary tensioning screws, ratchet closure, watertight tipping door with integrated rubber in U-profile. Possibility to install ball valves, perrot couplings & perforated bottom and side plates.
